This four page form provides templates to record data for each of the eight clusters (Controls, Situational Stress, Processing, Mediation, Ideation, Affect, Self Perception and Interpersonal Perception) that form the basis from which most interpretive postulates are derived. It also includes a table of Key variables to identify the appropriate order to review the clusters. Typically, interpretation directly from cluster data sets facilitates the process and improves accuracy, especially for those learning to use the test or those who do not use it frequently.
